Hainault Canine Hydrotherapy Centre - Hydrotherapy for Dogs, Essex

We first visited a hydrotherapy centre when our Dogue de Bordeaux Harry tore his cruciate ligament.

Harry had an operation and the vet advised us that swimming would be beneficial in his recovery. We had never heard of canine hydrotherapy before but we took him and indeed within weeks you could see the difference. His flexibility had improved and the swelling around his joint was nearly gone he seemed so much more comfortable.

I decided at this point that I wanted to dedicate myself to helping dogs in rehabilitation. I get a great deal of enjoyment from working closely and seeing the improvements from the dogs.

Hainault Hydrotherapy centre is a member of the CHA (Canine Hydrotherapy Association).

As members we are regularly inspected to ensure we abide by the associations quality standards. These cover areas such as training, first aid to enable us to provide a professional and caring service to owners.
